By accessing or using Supertrend.pro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Supertrend.pro provides market screening, technical-indicator signals, charts, market data, and related educational information. The service does not execute trades, hold customer funds, provide brokerage services, or manage investments.

Nothing on Supertrend.pro is personalized investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Use of the service does not create an adviser-client, broker-client, fiduciary, or similar professional relationship.

Prices, market capitalizations, classifications, charts, technical signals, dates, and other information may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. Closing prices displayed by the service are not live quotes.

Supertrend calculations are based on stored market data and defined indicator settings. Results may differ from another platform because of differences in data sources, exchange selection, candle boundaries, adjustments, timing, or calculation methods.

You are responsible for independently confirming all information before making any financial or trading decision.

We may add, change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee that the service, any market, ticker, signal, chart, or feature will always be available.

You may use Supertrend.pro for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You may not:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the service or its infrastructure.
• Bypass access controls, rate limits, or technical restrictions.
• Use automated access in a way that harms service availability.
• Misrepresent Supertrend.pro data or signals as guaranteed outcomes.
• Copy or redistribute substantial portions of the service in violation of applicable law.

Supertrend.pro may display or rely on information, charts, logos, images, links, or infrastructure supplied by third parties. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, availability, security, or accuracy.

Supertrend.pro, its original design, software, text, branding, and original content are owned by AMTT LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, market data, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that use of the service will produce any particular result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMTT LLC and its owners, officers, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for trading losses, investment losses, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising from or related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us during the preceding twelve months or USD 100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived, disputes relating to these Terms or the service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date shown above identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
