Risk Disclosure

Effective date: July 23, 2026

Markets involve substantial risk. Read this disclosure before relying on information displayed by Supertrend.pro.

1. Not investment advice

Supertrend.pro is an informational and educational market-screening service. It is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, exchange, financial planner, commodity trading adviser, or tax adviser.

Nothing on the service is a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any security, cryptocurrency, commodity, currency, derivative, or other financial instrument.

2. Risk of loss

Trading and investing can result in partial or total loss of capital. Markets may move rapidly, liquidity may disappear, and prices may gap beyond expected entry, exit, or risk-control levels.

Only you can determine whether a transaction is appropriate for your objectives, financial situation, knowledge, experience, and tolerance for risk.

3. Technical indicators have limitations

Supertrend is a trend-following technical indicator based on historical price data. It cannot predict future prices. It may react after a move has begun, produce false signals, change direction frequently in sideways markets, or fail during unusual volatility.

A bullish or bearish label describes the output of a calculation. It does not mean an asset will rise or fall and is not a measure of suitability, quality, value, or expected return.

4. Daily and weekly signals may disagree

Different timeframes can produce different or conflicting signals. Daily and weekly calculations use different bars and may change at different times. An apparent conflict is not necessarily an error.

5. Data may be delayed or inaccurate

Supertrend.pro does not provide live executable quotes. Prices, candles, market capitalizations, classifications, exchange mappings, and signals may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate.

Results may differ from brokers, exchanges, TradingView, or other platforms because of source selection, adjustments, candle timing, symbol mapping, exchange liquidity, or calculation differences.

6. Cryptocurrency and foreign-exchange risk

Cryptocurrency and foreign-exchange markets can be exceptionally volatile and may operate continuously. Risks may include limited regulation, exchange failure, custody loss, hacking, protocol defects, market manipulation, liquidity shortages, stablecoin failure, and sudden legal or regulatory changes.

7. Leverage and derivatives

Margin, leverage, futures, options, contracts for difference, and other derivatives can magnify both gains and losses. Losses may exceed the initial amount invested, and positions may be liquidated without notice.

8. Past performance

Historical prices, historical signals, reconstructed values, backtests, and past performance do not guarantee future results. Hypothetical results may not reflect fees, taxes, slippage, liquidity, execution delays, or real-world trading behavior.

9. Independent verification

Before acting, verify the symbol, asset identity, exchange, price, signal, and relevant market information with an appropriate broker, exchange, or other reliable source. Consider obtaining advice from a qualified and properly licensed professional.

10. Responsibility for decisions

You remain solely responsible for your research, decisions, orders, risk controls, and results. AMTT LLC is not responsible for losses arising from use of or reliance on Supertrend.pro.
